This cone-shaped sieve is ideal for precise, controlled sifting, making sure your powdered ingredients go where you want them to – not on your worktop! It can also be used to strain seeds from smoothies, de-lump gravy, or drain rice, pasta or quinoa.

A lovely sieve, I believe comes in different sizes, we got the middle size one and it’s perfect. The handle is a good length so not to scold yourself with steam from hot pans. We have used many times for draining pasta and vegetables.
