You get three springform tins in the set, in three handy sizes. They’re ideal for all sorts of baking tasks, from making fruity Christmas cakes to light, fluffy sponges. With their springform clasps and loose bases, they’re particularly good for cooking delicate cheesecakes. (If you’ve ever tried to get a cheesecake out of a normal cake pan, you’ll know how difficult it can be.) These aren’t your average baking tins for cakes, either. Each is coated with a durable, effective non-stick for easy cleaning and cake removal. Bonus.
