The Nevakar range of Champagne Tulip Glasses from LAV serves as a representation of the company's ongoing commitment to bringing contemporary design and innovative styling to your drinking glassware. A departure from the traditional flute silhouette, the tulip glass was developed in the late 2000s in an effort to better develop the finer flavor notes and aromas of champagne that some argue are inhibited by the narrowness of a flute. The use of a wider bowl allows for the champagne to achieve a larger surface area, which means a greater number of bursting bubbles, which in turn means more aroma being released. These aromas are then trapped as the bowl tapers back towards the rim, intensifying the sensory experience and thereby improving taste. Whether shopping for business or pleasure, when it comes to products that effortlessly straddle the gap between fashion and function, the Nevakar collection of Stemware is sure to fill your home with LAV. The Corto collection of wine glasses from Argon Tableware brings a contemporary twist to traditional glassware, with a striking stemless design perfect for outdoor events and packed-out party venues. While wine traditionalists may scoff at the thought of a stemless glass, there are some scenarios where a tall, top-heavy design proves far more trouble than it is worth. Picnics, for example - the eternal search for a plot of parkland level enough to prevent your Pinot toppling over your tuna sandwiches! - or a house party where any surfaces are a) limited, b) small, or c) above a carpet which is a very different color to the contents of the glass! Our Corto glasses serve as the solution to uneven terrain and unsteady elbows alike, thanks to a low center of gravity that makes them far more resilient against nudges, knocks, and tumbles. The classic Burgundy silhouette provides your wine of choice with plenty of room to breathe, bringing the finer bouquets and flavors to the fore and transforming every sip into a tantalizing tasting experience!
