We were a bit dubious about buying something that didn't have any reviews on it but decided to go ahead since it seemed to be the only crockery set that was the size (of plates etc) that we wanted, was chip resistant, scratch resistant, dish washer proof, microwave proof and oven proof. We ordered three sets and so far only one has arrived - the other two have been lost in transit - probably due to a mixture of Brexit and Covid-19! However the set that has arrived is excellent - a very nice pattern with a nice feel to them. The soup bowls and small plates are primarily blue with a white pattern, the small plates and mugs are the opposite. I did drop a glass onto one of the mugs and it chipped it unfortunately (but I think that any ceramic mug would have chipped in that case).
As for the two missing sets, I have no complaints about the way that Wayfair have dealt with the problem. They have responded to emails very quickly (certainly within 24 hours) and seem to be doing their best to either find them or re-order them (they have just sent an email saying that they are being re-ordered). The only thing that worries me is that the item is currently marked as 'out of stock' so I'm not sure where the replacements are coming from.. Allen And Barbara. Hunton Maidstone, GB.
