I love, love, love this pan. It is truly non stick, beautiful and yields best flavor. Made a steak yesterday and Perfection. This morning...the true test..... an egg over easy. PERFECTION. I only eggs made with cast iron. While I love this pan, I would love it if you offer a larger one. I would buy in an instant! So hurry up and make one. Or get the griddle back online before January..
