The kettle is a great energy-friendly choice for the home. It's a classic brushed stainless steel kettle with a push to open lid for quick and easy filling. It has a water window with useful measurements so you can boil exactly the amount of water that you need. For times when you just want a quick cuppa for yourself or a brew for two, there is a rapid boil zone with an easy indicator on the inside of the kettle which denotes one, two or three cups. The fast 3 kW power means that just one cup can be boiled in 45 seconds - really handy for those times when you could kill for a cuppa. The kettle has a handy ideal pour spout design so the water can be poured evenly into mugs and cups without spluttering and spilling all over your worktop. The illuminated on/off switch completes the story for an easy to use, energy and water friendly kitchen essential.

The beautifully balanced Distinctions Kettle can’t wait to show you what it can do. Beyond its impeccable style is a host of features and functions such as the perfect pour spout and ergonomically designed handle that makes enjoying hot drinks even easier. And it looks good too. Brushed stainless steel 1.5L kettle with painted and polished accents Aesthetics is key with the Distinctions Kettle. It’s designed to have instant countertop appeal without compromising on the quality and functionality you expect from Russell Hobbs. With a 1.5L capacity, it can make up to 6 cups at a time, so it’s perfect for larger households – or lots of visitors. Ergonomically designed handle It may have a distinctively designed finish, but this handle, with a polished accent, is shaped for comfort when filling or pouring. Perfect pour spout Pour water smoothly from kettle to cup with no spills and no mess. Water window with cup markers A clear water window allows you to see how much water is in the kettle. The cup markers mean you can top up to the level you need – only boiling enough water for the drinks you’re making saves energy and could save you money over time. Rapid Boil markers Need a hot drink fast? The kettle’s internal 1/2/3 indicators help you to fill up just the right amount of water needed, so you can boil water for a single cup in just 47 seconds*. 360° base with cord storage A cord storage in the base allows you to keep your countertops free of clutter by allowing you to tidy away the kettle’s cord when it’s not in use. The base keeps the kettle steady on every work surface. Anti-scale filter Over time, limescale could naturally build up and affect the performance of your kettle. An anti-scale filter helps to prevent the build-up of limescale in hard water areas. Pull open lid The lid opens fully so you can fill the kettle straight from the tap. 91cm cord An extra-large 91cm cord means you’ll always be within reaching distance of a plug socket. The power switch illuminates during boiling An illuminated power switch that lights up when the kettle’s boiling. Boils 1 cup in 47 seconds* In a hurry? It takes just 47 seconds to heat 1 cup from tap to 100°C boil. Saves up to 64% energy** Save energy when boiling just enough water for a single cup. *One cup is equal to 236ml **Boiling 1 cup (236ml) vs 1 litre

Really stylish Kettle design that looks sleek in any Kitchen. I have to agree with other reviews that this is quite heavy versus other Kettles that I have had but I do like it, love the slow release of water for safety and as already said, it looks super stylish!.
