An essential item in healthy, diet-conscious cooking! It the easy to use, simply place it on the stovetop, or under the grill, to cook multiple items at the same time. The pan is reversible, featuring a plain side and a ridged side and the dry fry griddle requires no oils or fat whilst cooking, whilst the ridged base allows fat to drain away from the food and creates that seared, restaurant-style look to food. Just turn over to griddle without the ridges. Impress your friends and family with beautifully professional tasting food, whilst maintaining an important healthy aspect to your cooking.
