Very Disappointing – Poor Quality, Packaging and Misleading Product Description!
This was my second purchase, and unfortunately, another disappointment.
I paid over £200 for this dinnerware set, which was intended as a gift for a friend. It arrived in its original box with no additional protective packaging, and the box was badly torn and damaged.
Although nothing was broken during delivery, several pieces had visible defects, including chips, black marks, scratches and imperfections in the gold finish.
What is even more misleading is that the product is advertised as dishwasher and microwave safe, yet the packaging clearly advises avoiding both. This contradictory information is completely unacceptable.
I was so disappointed that I returned the set on the very same day it arrived. I also have photographs showing the defects and damaged packaging.
For over £200, I expected far better quality, honest product information and proper packaging.
Two purchases, two disappointments. Very poor experience, and I would not recommend this product.. Fazzy. Sat Oct 10 2026
