Lovely toaster, looks great and produces lovely toast. Only one gripe, some of the listings and reviews mention a function whereby you can lift the toast during toasting to check the brownness without cancelling the toasting time. This doesn't actually appear to exist which is a shame as it's one the resons I chose this particular model. I've messaged Russel Hobbs about this but sofar they haven't bothered to reply.. Ralph7.
