RETRO STYLE KETTLE - all the nostalgia of a vintage kettle in durable, easy-to-clean 18/10 stainless steel with a solid metal whistle for a pure sound. Fast heat up on all types of hob including gas, induction, ceramic, solid plate, halogen and Aga.

I bought this as a replacement for my Heritage kettle that kept peeling along the top where the lid is. It looks really nice on my hob, and I love the whistle which reminds me of my childhood. The only disadvantage is that it doesn’t shut itself off like a regular kettle, so you can’t leave it and jump in the shower for instance. That said I knew that when I bought it and have no regrets.. Fast boil mini kettle for travel - small in size to save space, this kettle has a powerful 1000w concealed element that makes it a very fast water boiler for camping, glamping, and caravanning

I opened the the box, and said, "That's the perfect size travel kettle".. it's sturdy, looks good quality holds 2 full mugs of water.. it does come with 2 very small plastic cups that fit inside neatly, would be good if you didn't want to take breakable China cups. I put in one standard cup of water which took 2 minutes 30 seconds to boil, and according to Smart Meter, it cost just 1p to boil it. The only downside is, the power cable is quite short, and as it doesn't have a removable base could be difficult it you don't have a socket in an easily accessible place, such as in a guestroom were power points are low down.. for a kitchen counter use it's fine. That aside I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend. Kt. Wiltshire. Fri Jul 18 2025

The 1.7L capacity is plenty for the whole family, or for boiling water to cook. The kettle features auto-shut off, with a removable limescale filter, a power on LED indicator light, and a removable lid for easy fill.

On the whole a nice looking kettle to have on the counter top. Clean lines. I did think the silver parts would be metal but they are plastic which I am not keen on but am getting used to. Performs very well. The smell that accompanies it when you first open the lid does disappear after the recommended two boils. Only downside is that the handle blocks the water indicator so that makes it hard to fill to the measurement of water that you need. It’s a bit irritating but I am happy to overlook it.. G. The multi-patented Classic Kettle features a ground-breaking replacement element that lengthens the lifespan considerably, whilst the Whisper Boil drastically reduces unwanted boiling noise.
