I really like this cast iron grill. The size is perfect and it really works well. Nice and heavy and easy to clean after it's seasoned. I am very happy with the quality overall.. Kristin. SD. Wed Jul 26 2017

The Staub grill pan with a 27cm diameter is perfect for grilling juicy steak, chicken, and pork on all heat sources including induction. The special groves add grill marks to all your ingredients, improving the look and flavour. Furthermore, the grilling grooves help to collect fat and are easy to clean after use. The collapsible handle saves space whilst in storage and offers an ergonomic grip whilst in use. The ring end of the handle can also be used to store on a hanging rack.

Storage space is an issue for me so I was drawn to this folding handle grill. The cooking surface is large. The enamel coating on the cast iron makes it easy to clean and maintain without the hassle of seasoning. The iron itself heats very evenly and retains heat so I get great browning and nice grill marks. The deep channels between the ridges keep my food from sitting in the fat and produce a well cooked item. The silicon handle stays cool and is comfortable to hold. When im done it just folds up and stores easily in my cabinet.. Dancooks. Thu Jul 30 2020

Bring the char and charm of the grill house to your own home with this round cast iron grill pan. Suitable for use in any type of oven (except microwaves) and on any hob – including induction – this heavy-duty pan is a must for any kitchen. Why cook with cast iron? This super-sturdy metal gets blazingly hot! Lay your meat or veg in the pan, and the hot ribbed base will leave a stripy seared look for a restaurant-style finish. Perfect for searing steaks, frying fish and chargrilling chicken and vegetables, the ribbed base also works to lift meat away from any juices and oils adding a healthier touch to your meal. By seasoning the pan and then pre-heating it each time it is used, you’ll create a natural non-stick surface so you can cook your favourite foods fast, without having to add any extra oil. Steak night never looked and tasted so good!
