Enhance wine flavour - without having to wait! Many people know that allowing your wine to "rest" or "breathe" can enhance the flavour of the wine. However traditional methods of aerating wine can be ineffective and time-consuming. Simply removing the cork from the bottle has little effect, as only a small amount of the wine has contact with the air. Pouring the wine into a wine decanter can aerate wine effectively, but takes up to an hour to do so. Remove the cork or lid from the wine bottle and simply pour the wine into the top of the aerator. The wine filters rapidly through the aerator and tumbles into your glass below - newly oxygenated, deliciously aromatic and incredibly smooth. When you've finished pouring, you can place the aerator back onto its sleek stand until the next time you need it.
