The KitchenPerfected 1.0Ltr Compact Deep Fryer is a small convenient appliance that features a heat indicator helps to fry your food perfectly. It indicates when the deep fryer is heating up, once the temperature set by the thermostatic control is reached, the indicator will turn off to inform users that it is ready for use. With a viewing window, you are able to observe the cooking process without having to open the lid, the lid allows for safer frying as it stops any oil from splashing out of the fryer during use. The power indicator shows that there is power to the dryer and that the unit is operational. This device is controlled by thermostatic temperature; this allows you to adjust the temperature accordingly. This fryer uses thermostatic technology to keep the temperature set by the user. This also acts as the on/off switch. The rubber feet are non-slip to prevent the unit from sliding or tipping during use.

Brilliant replacement for my old deep fat unit which died blowing a fuse. Wonderful for chips!. ALAS. Had to have replecement due to Teflon coating slowly started breaking up. Black bits in the oil.
