Very surprised to burn myself as i touched the cafetiere while getting ti grips with the handle. Consequently I discovered the pot isn’t properly insulated so doesn’t keep the coffee warm. It’s got an odd handle - just wires - but overall it looks good and pours well if somewhat thinly. I am concerned about knocking it and spills, but that’s an older person’s problem, possibly.
