To insert the tape into the sellotape rolls dispenser simply pull out the tape wheel and insert the vinyl tape which you can purchase with this bag neck sealer. Then pull the tape across the top of the dispenser ensuring the adhesive part of the sealing tap is upwards facing. To seal the plastic bag put the items in the bag and then hold the bag with both hands. Pull down the bag onto the tape and through the sealing area in the plastic bag sealer and take out the bag once sealed or cut the access bag using the cutting blade within the dispenser.
