An amazing tool that makes baking easy and entertaining. If you like baking, then perhaps you will agree that "cutting" the dough can be tedious and very time-consuming. Well... not anymore! With the Deiss pastry cutter, you no longer have to spend all that extra time preparing the dough. It effortlessly blends wet and dry ingredients and cuts your mixing time in half compared to using a fork or two knives. You can also rub the butter by hand or use a food processor. Working by hand is satisfying, but still messy, and working with the blender will save you a couple of minutes, but then there is more cleanup to do. Cleaning up a pastry cutter is a breeze since it's rust-proof and dishwasher-safe. Simple and multifunctional. A pastry blender is a fairly simple gadget, but one that has more uses than just making pie crust.
