This black 5-piece forged carbon steel pan set is the ideal everyday set for your kitchen. Featuring a non-stick coating, soft-touch, and heat-resistant Bakelite handles, these pans are dishwasher safe for your convenience. The set includes two frying pans, a milk pan, plus two saucepans with vented toughened glass lids. These pans are suitable for all hob types including induction. Please note induction hobs heat up very quickly and can deliver extremely high temperatures which are often two or three times that of a typical gas hob. Do not use high or boost settings to heat oil or fat, these settings should only be used for boiling large quantities of water. Reduce the heat as soon as your preferred temperature is reached. We suggest lower heat settings are used as excessive heat will damage the pan and this may not be covered by your guarantee.

Edit: having gone to use one of the pans I haven't yet used, I discovered one of the handles is extremely loose which makes it extremely dangerous to use. It's screwed in tight but the metal part between the handle and the pan is coming away. I don't have time to send them back as it's only a week until Christmas so I'm not sure what I can do. Very disappointed. (Initial review) These pans are beautiful, although they're not as pink as they look in the photos, more of a rose gold. Lovely to cook with and really easy to clean. I've deducted a star for the colour as well as the fact that, when you put the lids on upside down to stack them, the lid slides around and doesn't sit in place like most pans.. Anonymous. Please don't buy pans from here. These are awfull the fat in pan only stays round sides so everything burns in middle of pan. Then food and pan is black.
