The end result: a roasting pan that’s more than durable enough for commercial kitchens, as well as busy homes. The oven tin measures 27 x 21 cm (10½” x 8½”), with a depth of 4 cm (1½”). This small-but-practical size makes it ideal for roasting smaller beef sirloins and pork shoulders to tender perfection, as well as cooking crisp roast potatoes and succulent veg. This durable finish means the pan is incredibly scratch resistant. You can even use metal utensils without scratching or damaging it. With proper care, it will last for years. Safe on the Hob – Gas, Electric or Induction Another great feature of MasterClass’s vitreous enamel bakeware is its ability to withstand direct heat from just about any source.
