This dinnerware set is a 16-piece combination set from the finest quality product. The tableware presents itself with opulent tendril ornaments in a positive-negative presentation. We were a bit dubious about buying something that didn't have any reviews on it but decided to go ahead since it seemed to be the only crockery set that was the size (of plates etc) that we wanted, was chip resistant, scratch resistant, dish washer proof, microwave proof and oven proof. We ordered three sets and so far only one has arrived - the other two have been lost in transit - probably due to a mixture of Brexit and Covid-19! However the set that has arrived is excellent - a very nice pattern with a nice feel to them. The soup bowls and small plates are primarily blue with a white pattern, the small plates and mugs are the opposite. I did drop a glass onto one of the mugs and it chipped it unfortunately (but I think that any ceramic mug would have chipped in that case). As for the two missing sets, I have no complaints about the way that Wayfair have dealt with the problem. They have responded to emails very quickly (certainly within 24 hours) and seem to be doing their best to either find them or re-order them (they have just sent an email saying that they are being re-ordered). Awful absolute terrible delivery.it arrived broken I took photos sent it to the way fair company very bad customer service had to wait for them to message me now they are disputing my purchase and being very difficult about refunding .i send them photos of it arriving broken was not bubble wrapped or wrapped on and protective cellophane just in a box!! After reading some reviews, I was rather sceptical in buying this set. I am delighted with it and have now used them quite a few times. They have not tarnished or scratched and fit in my dishwasher no problem. I must say though, I have a large dishwasher so if you have a small dishwasher you may struggle to fit them in.
