Still getting to terms with using this new gadget! Highly attractive in white and not too large so it's sitting on my work surface ready for action. Looking at recipes to expand my cooking expertise with it. The information booklet however does not mention fish which I eat nearly every day so trying to find the best way to cook it. Also does not mention vegetables - my broccoli was a disaster! I intend to persevere as this is a cheaper option than using the oven and should be a healthier one too.. V Ballinger. Hessle, GB.
