It’s free from PFAS PFOA lead & cadmium allowing you to cook healthy meals without harmful toxins. The frying pan has an Inducto Bonded Steel base, which uses unique bonded base channels for even heat distribution, preventing hotspot & uneven cooking, while the riveted embossed handle provides comfort & easy manoeuvrability. The robust steel base is abrasion resistant, so you can use metal utensils without damaging the pan. It is suitable for all hobs, including induction. It is also dishwasher friendly for easy cleaning. Hand wash is recommended to maintain the quality finish.

Unfortunately it didn't live up to what I expected from other Tower pans. Although it is advertised for all hobs including induction it didn't work. When I tested it for iron content in the base using a magnet, the magnet fell off. Tower said it was probably my induction hob at fault. Strange, all other pans worked including some of their own. How you can expect a non magnetic base to work on an induction system is beyond me.. Brian R. Fri May 30 2025
