Nice fan easy to fit. Not the quietest ever but I use it in a home office and it doesnt disturb online meetings so does the job.

Our lightbulb is flickering its only 40w and says you can go uptown 60 . Not only did I pay for a electrician to fit it it took hours to fit and also I plastered over the top to cover the hole from the previous light and now I may need a new one wayfair

If you have a dimmer switch this fan won't work properly, make sure you change your switch to a regular on off switch. Once I made the change, the fan was 'okay'. Not excellent, but it does provide some airflow, and is acceptably loud. The light isn't that strong. It's 'okay' but I wouldn't recommend it for a very dark room.
