Not to take away from the whole purchasing experience but when the shade arrived it proved to be too small. Otherwise very happy with it. Returned for refund.

Good quality silk lampshade. The ellipse shape is perfect on a floor lamp that stands in a corner of our sitting room and fits nicely next between the sofa and window. And a bit more interesting than a standard round shade.
