One of the lamps is not working due to the switch being faulty. This was delivered yesterday and is showing in my account as delivered, but there is not an option to raise it/return it due to a fault. The "report a problem" button is not showing. The virtual assistant says it not eligible for return despite it being delivered and within the 30 days time limit. Extremely frustrating and poor customer service.
