This item was shipped in wholly inadequate packaging resulting in the lampshade being crushed during dispatch and/or delivery. Lamp base is OK but lampshade will have to be replaced

Brilliant, but the bulbs were too big for the lamp, even though they were advertised for use with the lamp.
