In the process of redecorating our dingy downstairs bathroom and I knew this would be perfect for the theme Im aiming for. It looks lovely, is easy to install, and reflects wonderfully on the ceiling. Would absolutely recommend, it looks so nice

I am unhappy with the lampshade I recieved and I am having a very frustrating time trying to return it. It is not gold as stated in the description. While trying to return it, I have been told by one customer care worker that it is gold. You can see from the photo that there is no yellow in the metal covering. Before that, another customer care person had offered me money back if I kept it. Each time I tried to reply to the customer care person that messaged me, the email would fail, so I haven't been able to talk to the same person twice. In all the time this has taken, the returns window has now closed. Very unhappy customer.
