There is something wrong with the manufacturing. The glass shade doesn’t fit on the post. There is no way to assemble this. I ordered a replacement glass. While trying to remove the first glass shade which was jammed onto the base due to its wrong size led to the breaking of the base. Now I need a replacement again - but this time the base.
