A beautiful floor lamp looks amazing in our front room ,we also have the matching table lamp, both well made and would definitely recommend

The lamp is really nice and if you get the accompanying big globe for it, it gives off lovely gentle light that adequately lights up the room. And when it's off, it almost disappears into the background which is perfect as I didn't want a standing lamp that was going to be a feature or draw attention in the room. The only detractor was the glass lampshade was very smeary on arrival.
