The fact that CHARD is central to many villages around TA20 3DU...there should be a collection DHL or other means of return... rather than A 20 MIN JOURNEY PLUS FROM MY HOME TO RETURN AN ITEM. SORRY DOUBT IF I WILL ORDER AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTED
