Isaacson 5 - Light Polished Chrome Drum Pendant

The lamp itself is a true eye-catcher, very luxurious, truly worth its price. Relatively easy to install, but laborious to hook up 60 individual crystals to the round structure, each the size of your hand. But it is definitely worth the extra effort, as it looks great. The only problem, and this is why I gave 4 stars and not 5: the packaging was terrible. The lamp itself was properly packed, but underneath, the 60 individual crystals were thrown into a hand-made envelope of two pieces of cardboard, offering no protection to the crystal pieces during transport. Many of them slipped out, moved around, got slightly scratched or dented. I had to polish and clean these, to hide the small imperfections, but these can certainly be avoided, with a bit of common sense for the packaging design. Otherwise, a great buy!
