Chandelier LED Chandelier

I have ordered the light online and when I’ve received it everything was inside the box except the remote control. I try to contact the customer service few time and I managed to talk to somebody regarding the issues. I didn’t explain to the person who was on the phone that remote control is missing because on their listing it shows it does have a remote control so the person he advised me that he will request New remote control and I will get it by 29th of January after a few days. I receive email from somewhere else that they don’t have remote control because the light does not come with the remote control because of their design which was not true and eye classed as a cheating after all these argument I tried and managed to get some refund like a partially but totally I was not happy with their service. It was a bad experience to deal with the seller even with the Wayfair company rarely disappointing.
