It's fine - just like the photo. The white bit is clearly plastic when the light's off but not too noticeable. Gives off a gentle light that is more atmospheric than practical, but it's sufficient to prevent us tripping over the steps. The bulb wasn't actually included inside the light but came separately, so might be replaceable. No complaints for the price.

V stylish looking lamp. Was tired of the oldish looking ones on the balcony. Easy to fit when there is existing wires - although at times fiddly. Needs two people. Otherwise good product!
