Lovely stylish item. The onoff switch is hidden behind the lip of the wall plate at the bottom of the light base but it is large and easily accessible. There is no fiddling around like you sometimes have to do with switches on traditional side lamps. Opting for wall lights beside the bed has given us more room on our side tables for other things and removes the risk of lights being knocked over and broken.

Speedily delivered, great quality - really pleased with the design. I ended up getting four of them!
