Kaluza Swing Arm Sconce

Completely missed the mark! I ordered 2 x wall lights and received 22 unrelated lampshades? I have tried consistently over the last two days to sort the issue. To the point where I waited in all day and no one turned up to collect the incorrect lampshades and I now have to arrange a drop off of the 22 lampshades in order to get my refund. This is the only way I can stress how poor the service is. Every communication I have with Wayfair - you would think I was speaking a different language. Customer service non existence!!!!

I haven't put them in my bedroom yet, but I think they will be perfect. Very swift delivery.
