I am very pleased with the product, however your ordering process leaves room for improvement. I received no aknowledgement of the order when placed. I engaged two agents on chat lines. On both occasions they could not trace the order despite payment being taken. You can check this from your records. I was advised to wait for a refund before re-ordering. The product arrived on Monday 23rd Sept. I have still not received an invoice which I would like. The item does not show in my account. The item remains in my basket. The item is SKU:CCOP5916
