Beautiful and looks great in our lounge

Help!! Lamp arrived today and assembly was easy until adding the shade. The screw has gone off thread and can’t be move so not able to finish assembly. Anyone else had this problem and had a fix for it please

This lamp is exceptionally high quality. The base and the shade are very attractive. I am very pleased with this product and will recommend it.
