Unfortunately not as good as it looks. The balls are in awkward positions in the 360 rotation, and should be spaced out differently for a better effect. One is always in the wrong place. The white globes also have a shadow look at the end of the ball which doesn't look too good.

Gorgeous light, looks much more expensive than it really is. Just be aware you need bulbs too. I used 3w LED and although it can take up to 7w, I think 7w would be far too bright for a cosy corner. 2w would probably be enough for delicate ambience. There are no dark spots on the globes as one review mentioned. That's down to the quality of the light bulb you use (check it has LEDs pointing away from the pole, not just a circle arranged around the bulb cylinder). Oh and be aware the instructions are terrible, but if you work out the little black clips on the poles need to be removed it's very simple.
