We haven’t yet installed the chandelier so cannot yet comment on how it looks in our home. Upon unpacking, the chandelier appears to be of good quality and we look forward to viewing it in situ. The process of purchasing was user friendly, the courier company failed to deliver all components to us and showed no interest in taking responsibility for delivery of the missing components. However, when we contacted WAYFAIR, they took ownership of the problem and after placing a reorder, on our behalf and arranging collection of the part order, we now have a complete chandelier.
