One shade came dented, and the cable grips inside the fitment are not man enough for the weight of the shades with bulbs, they slide down to maximum length once fitted, thus pulling on the electrical connections. Can be overcome with small cable ties on the grips, but shouldn't have to be. Including paper instructions rather than an online generic brief installation video would also help. Pretty once up, but very much a faff.
