We love the Light fitting . Sadly the wrong instructions were included and wasted a week to rectify but it’s lovely

Electrician has installed the light and the bulb is not working even though there is power going to the unit

This is the 2nd fan I’ve chosen from Wayfair and it’s the 2nd time the description is massively incorrect. This is 3 speed, not 5. The slowest speed is too fast. It is not reversible. When my guy fitted it, it didn’t work properly but he realised the wiring was incorrectly labelled. That’s dangerous in the wrong hands. I now have to argue for my money back a second time
