Portsmouth Ceramic Table Lamp

I ordered 2 of these lamps. When they arrived. both were damaged. The plastic bit which holds the electrics and where the lampshade attaches were damaged in both lamps. As soon as I opened each box I could see they were damaged. They seemed very well packaged so not sure if those parts were just poor quality. I contacted Wayfair and I have to say the customer service was excellent. Communication was all done through WhatsApp and not sure if I was speaking to a chatbot or a human. But within 10 minutes of making contact they had re-ordered 2 more lamps which got delivered in a few days. I was obviously nervous & expecting them to be damaged too but fortunately they weren’t. They are beautiful lamps and the picture doesn’t do them justice. I didn’t have to send the faulty ones back. Just loads of cardboard & polystyrene to dispose of.

We was very disappointed with the lamp how it came to use we loved it we would have crept it if it had been sent to use ok loved the colour we should not have had to pay to send it back when it was not our fault
