The whole process has been a disaster. The initial delivery estimate was missed by weeks. When the box was opened, the polystyrene had crumbled and made a terrible mess. The Harp was bent so the shade was crooked. The base has "bubbles" in the glaze. When I reported, the young lady agreed to replace the Harp. I was requested to send photos of the base. I sent photos of both. Shivendu replied to say the part was being replaced. I had to tell him it was only the Harp. He then agreed he could see the bubbles in the photo and said a replacment would be sent. The Harp arrived but nothing was nentioned about the base. When I queried this, Shivendu said it had been delivered. This obviously was the Harp NOT the base. I had to phone again and Anthony understood the problem straight away and actioned.
