I really like the lamp so bought one last week but after put it together it didn’t work. After couple of try it blew a fuse. So requested refund. After looking around I couldn’t find a lamp I like so I contacted customer service to make sure if I was to order another one it won’t be faulty again. I was assured it won’t so I ordered another one. This one arrived faulty again but it’s different fault. There is one part just won’t put together. The screw one the end is different from the first lamp. You just can’t pull the wire at all it’s completely stuck. As much as I really like the looks of the lamp but twice now it arrived faulty I have completely lost faith in this product! Very disappointing and a completely waste of time!
