2 stars not for fan but instructions & the hassle to fit it. Couldn’t secure to a joist so had to fix a pice of wood in the loft so we could drill into it to keep it sturdy. Took nearly all day to fit. Box says 1 person to fit but not with the weight of it took 2 people. Fan itself great but very heavy so needs securing properly.
