Ordered the above, it was accepted then cancelled for security reasons. Very difficult to re-instate, then despite order confirmation a different make and model was delivered. Once again difficult to get through to query, eventially by email, partial refumd accepted but one again difficulty confiming acceptance and had to phone your Customer Services. I note your customer service is recognised as very poor on the internet and I am not surprised.
