This chandelier surpassed all expectations. It is huge and a real statement in the room, which is just what we wanted. As a previous review states, it’s antique finish means that it reads more brass than antique silver, especially when the sun comes into the room or it’s lit. We had to make extra provisions to reinforce the ceiling to cope with the weight of the light. It’s worth noting that the description states it is not dimmable but when it arrived, I tested with dimmable LED candle bulbs and it dimmed no problem, which is a relief, as when it’s on full power, it’s super bright in the room. It took several hours to construct and isn’t kind on the hands but worth the effort. I’m very happy with the purchase, which arrived promptly and very well packaged.

My show stopper. I love this georgous-fabulous... just awesome piece. I have adjacent sitting rooms, and this was paired with it’s little brother (6 arm). It is exactly right for the space. The colour of the metal is not too gold or silver, just between as I have accent pieces that coordinate with both. It drips with crystals. It takes a good long while to hang the crstals. Hours and hours, i would suggest not having your electrian do that part. You do this after the light is hanging bare and the correct height. Standing on a ladder, with a duvet under it, in case you drop a crystal. You will have sore arms, but it is very satisfying! It looks good bare and is easy to look balanced with all the crystals. If you want to have it a little less drippy, it is easy to leave out sections of the looping. We love it, even my husband who does not care for overtly feminine decor. We matched it with some shabby chic and solid furniture, and it gives the look of a French aristocratic home.

Looks Absolutely Amazing. In Love. Would definitely recommend. Cant wait to get it up in my hall.
