Extremely happy with this floor lamp beautiful and very elegant I would highly recommend it

I have purchased several items from wayfair without a problem. However I bought a £254 worth traditional floor lamp on 25/07/22. it was delivered on 27/07/22. Very disappointed it was defective and I was given a item which was returned by another customer. I had several issues with the floor lamp. 1) Very top part was missing. 2) two parts can not fix together and wire which was sticking out appears damaged. 3)One lamp shade was missing. I realised by the green sticker at the bottom. Same day I log on and went through the procedure which I have to follow to return the item. I was expecting replacement. I haven't received any notification or any replacement so far. Hope to talk to them over the phone tomorrow.

Stunning floor lamp, very easy to assemble quite beautiful when lit up I first saw this lamp at my granddaughters she had bought the amber lamp but very hard to chose which to have, fast delivery, it was extremely well wrapped and boxed on arrival with the fragile stickers well placed
