Very pleased with the quality of the lamp, the heavy base with bird cage metalwork looks more expensive than it was, and perfect for cosy evening lighting.

This is a really nice looking lamp. The photographs do not do it justice, the shade is more silver. Will look great in our son's room, or even a daughter's if we had one, so really not gender specific. Considering ordering for our bedroom too.
