I purchased - Kendal 5-Light Candle-Style Chandelier - By Mercer41 and it arrived with lots of bits broken, I have spent weeks trying to get you to replace this, but you have ignored all my communications. I would like an immediate refund as this kind of service is extremely unsatisfactory. The chandelier is not fit for purpose.
