Alexio 160cm Candelabra Floor Lamp

The product itself is beautiful but unfortunately the electrical connection doesn't seem to have been properly thought through. The upper half has no earth connection, while the lower half does, which made installation confusing. Despite trying, I couldn't work out how to connect it correctly, so I was unable to use the switches for their intended purpose. That said, Mayfair as a company has been amazing. Their customer service is outstanding, responsive, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. My rating is based solely on this particular product and not the company itself. I will definitely continue to be a Mayfair customer and hope this design issue is addressed in the future.

Lamp is pretty but you need a degree to out it together. I've had to hire an electrician to do it and even he's struggling. Instructions are useless and blurred.
